Can you share a bit about your journey into fine art photography? What or who inspired you to take this path?

My photography journey started with experimenting on a Sony Walkman cellphone. However, a transformative moment at a photography show at Stevenson Gallery around age 13, ignited my passion. Pursuing studies in art direction further deepened this passion, ultimately leading me to choose the camera as my medium of expression.

How do you think your background or upbringing has influenced your artistic style or the subjects you choose to explore?

Growing up surrounded by a family that valued design, architecture, music, art, and style has profoundly shaped my aesthetic sensibilities.

Could you describe your creative process from concept to the final image? How do you develop your ideas?

Constantly referencing diverse sources nurtures a dynamic reservoir of ideas, which is crucial for concept development. Collaborating with like-minded creatives who share a mutual vision and trust is also very important.

How do you decide on the themes or subjects for your photographic series?

I'm primarily drawn to the often overlooked moments of everyday life, my focus lies in uncovering beauty in the mundane.

What techniques or equipment do you prefer to use in your photography, and why?

I use digital equipment and continuous light, which enables me to refine my composition in real-time.

Moody & vibrant, aiming to evoke a sense of ease and calm.

Are any artists, photographers, or movements significantly influencing your work? How do they inspire you?

Spirituality, my yoga practice & nature are my biggest sources of inspiration.

How do you stay inspired and keep your work fresh in a field that's constantly evolving?

I am actively seeking new perspectives, staying informed about current events and pop culture, and embracing adaptability.

What have been some of the biggest challenges you've faced in your career as a fine art photographer?

I am learning to recognize and attract individuals who have my best interests at heart.
